A tractor overturned on Wednesday morning after colliding with a car that was left in the middle of the highway, closing a portion of Highway 59 north in Houston.
The accident happened on December 27th at approximately 3:00 a.m. in Houston, Texas.
According to ABC 13, a car was traveling north on Highway 59 at Lee Road when it spun out in wet conditions. The driver then exited the car to find help, leaving the vehicle in a moving lane of traffic. An oncoming semi truck hauling bleach then struck the back of the stopped car and overturned.

As of 10 a.m., three left lanes of Highway 59 north at Lee Road were shut down as crews worked to clear the debris and mop up the small amount of bleach and oil spilled in the crash.
Update: after more than 6 hours, this overturned semi is back upright!! Now being removed from Eastex Frwy North, traffic being diverted to feeder as crews clean up. All lanes to be back open shortly. #khou11 pic.twitter.com/wQGSmfa7Lw
